Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (ACL remedies)

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.If we ask you to return the item, you must post it back within 7 days of receiving it and provide the tracking number. Please use a trackable postal service and pack the item securely.

These time frames help us resolve issues quickly and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will assess any claim in line with the ACL.

Once received and inspected, we will provide the appropriate ACL remedy (repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on whether the problem is minor or major). For confirmed faults, we will reimburse reasonable return postage.

What we can’t accept (unless faulty)
•    Made-to-measure / custom garments
•    Altered items
•    Sale/clearance items
•    Items that are worn, washed, stained, perfumed, or missing original tags/packaging

Colour & sizing

Minor colour variations due to different screens are not considered faults. Please check measurements carefully before ordering; change-of-mind size exchanges are not offered.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Summary of Your Rights

•    Goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description/sample, and be fit for any disclosed purpose.
•    Services (e.g., alterations) must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and supplied within a reasonable time.
•    For a major problem with goods, you can choose a refund or replacement.
•    For a minor problem, we will repair within a reasonable time; if not done, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
•    Proof of purchase may be required for remedies.
•    Original packaging is not required to claim a remedy for faulty goods.
•    Businesses cannot use policies like “no refunds” to refuse ACL remedies. Our 3-day notice and 7-day return posting windows are procedural, not restrictive of your ACL rights.
